I tried, feldenchrist, ultrasound, physiotherapy and acupuncture but nothing helped until I started the spinal stenosis program at Mount Sinai Hospital. The exercises made my legs and back strong again and I am able to walk again with very little pain.

I was diagnosed via MRI with severe spinal stenosis and ruptured vertebrae. I am 69 years old and have been in good health most of my life. Sciatic symptoms crept up on me over the last few years as I have aged. I started the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Boot Camp exercises in Dec 2014 and did the exercises twice a day for 6 weeks. I started to notice some improvement almost immediately. I plan to continue on a very consistent basis going forward.

After 10 years my chronic hip flexor pain is finally being alleviated through a combination of aggressive treatment and a daily exercise program. “However, determination to work through the pain and optimism are essential to success.

By following the exercise regime as set out by Dr Carlo, my stenosis pain was cleared up within six weeks and surgery was avoided. Continuing the exercise regime on a daily basis I believe I can avoid stenosis pain in the future.
